Default Slimline SL-2000

After going through a couple hand crank pumps the last couple years, i decided to order a Slimline SL-2000. Installed it last night, AWESOME!

too bad they didn't make it with an internal battery or something, that would be slick. where did you mount your battery?

I use it too, very good pump. I was lazy to mount it nicely, so I stuck a 3s lipo in between where the handle is. Not pretty but it works and snug enough that the pack doesn't just fall out. And it's very convenient

I'm in the process of making the fuel caddy that rc heli mag had made in one of their issues but mine will have a clip on soft shoulder strap because the PVC handle would interfer with the task pump. As far as a battery holder Im going to put a piece of Velcro on one of the vertical tubes and some straps also to keep it there

I've got the same pump and use an old LiPo to power it. One thing I don't like is how the fuel jug gets top heavy as you get to the last of the fuel. No worries if your jug is stuck in a field box...

Still a pretty nice unit.
