Default Tenergy Lifepo4 2500mA battery help

I purchased 4 of the above battery cells and made two 2s battery packs each cell wired in series giving me 6.6V per pack.

I also made a harness putting the above two packs in series to give me 13.2V

When i initially charged them i used a balance harness and the cells all had matching voltages.

I am using these packs to power a small 12v heat strip which i use to warm up my nitro engine prior to starting. I eneded up forgetting to bring my voltmeter when i went. When i returned and measured the two packs one cell in each pack had droped to around1v and the other cell in each pack was around 3v.

I am wonder what causes such a big difference in cell voltage? Also what is the best way to try and salvage the two cells that are around 1v? I tried charging them together as they are but would get a low voltage error from my charger?

Thanks

Due to manufacturing tolerances cells are never exactly the same. Near the end of charge they all go wonky. For such an application you should buy a protection circuit. Google "Battery Protection Module". It will disconnect the battery at low or high voltage per cell. NOT FOR FLYING.
