The vibes on my 450 are killing me.....

I think i'm getting closer. Last night I made some changes before a flight and didnt notice ANY tail box vibrations. (finally) I've been adjusting blade tracking (one turn at a time) on the links and I think I finally have them setup perfectly. Again, i did not notice any vibes on my tailbox or tail fin. Now the real test to strap my gopro onboard and see if the camera detects any noticeable vibrations.

I had an issue the other year with a bad vib on this heli exactly as you've described, went through changing everything. Tons of things as you have.

In the end, it ended up being the motor bearings. I replaced the bearings with better bearings and this solved all my problems

the motor bearings are 3x7x3

The one-way bearing shaft should also slide into the one-way bearing smooth. If this shaft is really tight to remove or install, I have found through experience that it means it's warped and it needs to be replaced and can cause vibs aswell. I noticed you never mentioned changing this part so though I should point this out
