Default Need help beast x and RDS 8000

What am I doing wrong. I erased my model by mistake, now it will not let me set pitch on the beast x. Every time I try to set it, it works fine for neg but positive just keeps going up and will not stop at 10 , goes all the wat to + 25 degrees. What am I missing?

Its doing the same thing on both my birds. 450 and 500 Is my TX bad?

TX is not bad. With a BeastX you will need to use a standard pitch setup, non CCPM and then do the CCPM mixing in the BeastX.

Even though you erased the model from the TX the BeastX setup is still in the BeastX itself. It's now a matter of getting the TX setup to work the BeastX correctly.

How do I change it in my TX?
What menu do I go in? I just looked at my TX and went to etc and scroll down to sw and it is in normal, is that correct or do I need to go to ccp3b?

Normal is the correct mode for the BeastX.

My thought is to check J-L on micro beast. I just finished setting mine up and kind of went through the same thing.
FYI - on the RDS 8000 - the only thing I changed on the new model was the swash type -- normal -- as you did. No other changes needed.

Micro beast is fun and easy to work with.
