I got my 400 out in the baseball diamond yesterday took it up to about 50 ft. and flipped it inverted, then held a hover for a min then started to drift and before i could could correct it. It found a tree , forgot to watch my surroundings. My nerves were a little on the edge during my short flight. Just got done rebuilding and didn't wan't to crash. My 400 just don't seem very stable, I've got the plastic fiber injected align blades on it. They seem a little on the heavy side my opinion. But those things have survived three bad crashes and still well balanced. I'm ready for a bigger more stable bird.

All you need is a soccer ball and some fun time to get it down.

Wow, thats really up there. Thanks for sharing, nice to know i'm not the only one trying to cut down trees. Did you ever recover it? Mine didn''t stay in the tree it fell and broke everything. And I don't have a video(flying by myself). Anyways it's repared with a lighter set of carbon fibers and I took it flying at the AMA yesterday, 2 batterys and no crashes.

Well I had my first crash yesterday. I was testing out my new align gp750 gyro (which was working great) and started flying really low. I made one mistake and the blades hit the grass and it was all over. I really shouldn't fly as low as I did.

Broken parts:
- Blades
- Feathering shaft
- Main shaft
- One way bearing (its a 0 way bearing now)
- Flybar sesaw
- Flybar
- Tail boom

All servos and electronics seem to be fine. I hope I don't find any more broken parts ><

Shoot, I forgot to post this up here. Three fully modded B400s up in flames! Castle cremations strikes again. One, with the ProBec on my newly rebuilt 12s version last week. It spewed flames in midair, crashing my one off custom hand carved CF framed stretched fbl B, and it also took out all my MksDs95 servos. Smoked them all!
The other one was again my 12s version. Earlier the HV40 couldn't keep up with the phasing needed on the prototype Scorp 2221-1020 12s motor and it spit out flames...... took almost two weeks to get the smell out of my house.

And the other with an Ice50 that took out Ancient Petes custom heli while hovering. It was an easy hover, nothing special. But the esc went up in flames and also took out a new Scorp 6s 2221-2010 along with fire damage throughout the heli.....He also called me yesterday and told me the Newly rebuilt heli went down over in Bankok with a brownout and faceplanted! Another Ice50 failure as the Bec failed! Four friggin Castle strikes in a row!!!

Thanks Castle! You just cost me a couple grand.....here's to you...

Hope you don't mind, gentlemen...

Just letting you all know that I have some parts starting at 49 & 99 cents here.

I never needed the parts I bought. I thought I was rebuilding a 400, but I didn't get it as I expected!

Thanks!
