Default tradeing in my plank for a quad

so im going to sell my plank and thinking of getting a quad
i was looking at the Flamehwee450 and a Naza since its every thing in 2 boxes

any thing in that price range i should give a look at
looking to spend around $450 all up i have 3S 2200mAh and 3200mAh packs for other stuff already

i want some thing with the same features as the Naza with out the GPS more is better etc and i like to keep to a quad so i can still toss it around

the idea is strap the cam i have now to it for AP and use it for a night flyer till i can buy the stuff for FPV

Here is basically a clone version of the FlameWheel, an inexpensive and fun way to dip your toe in the water. A friend (a newb) and I built this a couple of weeks ago. Just got it tweaked out this weekend, flies nicley, especially for the money.

$135 plus shipping for a 450 multi with the features it has is hard to beat:

Frame - $17.99

Motor (x4) - $9.56 each, actually you might get an extra or two just in case

ESC (x4) - $6.47 each, again maybe get an extra or two, one smoked when I was setting it up

Propellers right hand rotation - $3.07 for set of 4

Propellers normal rotation - $3.07 for set of 4

Control unit - $29.99

Receiver (if you're on Spektrum) - $5.99

Receiver leads – $4.75

Connectors (x2) - $3.18 each

14 Gauge Wire Red - $1.39

huh thats not bad
does that control unit have same stuff as the Naza ie the alt hold and can a GPS be added later
the idea is to up grade it to a FPV rig over time
even with the Naza thats not bad

any one know how the programing is with the Naza compared to say a Vbar?

The control board I linked above does not have altitude hold or gps, it does have auto stabilization. However, keep in mind it's $30.

The computer set up on the NAZA is pretty straight forward. I can only compare it to the sk720 set up, they are similar.
