I have Ino-Lab HG-D202MG on the swash and MKS DS95i on the tail.

Ino-Labs have been more crash-proof than I have expected. I haven't stripped a gear yet but two cases have broken (mounting tab broken).

MKS DS95i is an awesome tail servo!

Ahhh,
I have to get one.
I think I wore out my outrage tail servo. It did really good for a while.
but flying 6 packs everyday for a few weeks, well its not holding anymore.

It doesn't wag, but on inverted backwards flight, I go to flip upright
half way I do a pitch stall, and bam full blow out.
I had 3 hard blowouts today, I disected the tail and its fine.
gotta be the servo,
I want a brushless servo , is the ds95i brushless?

FIrst of all did you upgrade the beastx to V3.0 of the software? Instructions are on the beast section of this forum. That is supposed (I have not had a chance to test mine) to give a large improvement in tail performance.

You will probably get more info on the beast forum, as the tuning instructions are the same for pretty much all helis.

So can someone with a x2 beastx post there setup?

Give him a starting point, and then he can tune it in.

I know for smaller helis, the pots are going to be lower than
Stock(9o'clock)

The tail has to be tuned by setting it in the lowest headholding gain
In the parameters, get the highest gain without wag, in flight.

This part is best to get help in the beastx forum, if the tail mechanics
Are the problem, this forum is best.
Make sure it is bind free, and moves really smooth.
End points must be before it maxes out, servo ball on horn must be right too.
I get as close to center as possible, while still getting the full throw left and right.

Just post your questions in this forum and we will help you out.

My 255 (almost X2) with Microbeast V3 has the Pot.1 and Pot.2 a bit under 9 o'clock and Pot 3 at 9 o'clock.
The 255/X2 rotor geometry is perfect for the Microbeast and does't need mods.
See the attachment for my other setup/parameter points.
