Default HELP!!!!!! Need 4-1 unit!!!

Hello fellow Blade driver's, I bought a Blade Cp on ebay and sure enough the 4-1 is shot. If anybody has gone seperates or just do not need their stock 4-1 please email me. This is for my girlfriend's b-day in a couple of week's, I don't want to get on her bad side. Take care.

Larry email airjet@ricochet.com

Have you tried to repaiir it? There are several links and people who repair them.
If you can solder well. and is a burned out power fet(s) you can replace them for about 4.00 and parts are availble at Digikey.
What if not working in the 4in1? If it is the tail or main motor not turning, then it is the Power fets.
I have repaired both setss of fets in my 4in1 but was a E.T. for a number of years.

I thought I had a bad 4in1 as well since i changed everything on the chopper and still had a problem with crazy 180 degree tail wagging and hopping up and down with the chopper, It turned out to be the transmitter, I put my cristal into my friends blade cp TX and my bird flew great.. I am currently looking for a blade CP transmitter..

I'm not using my CP Tx anymore.. Switched over to my 9C long ago after using the OEM Tx for about a month.

AirJet, this might sound really simple but if you just got that blade make sure your not powering up the 4-1 with the idle switch up, you would get a red light and the 4-1 would not arm.. This would really only stump really new green noobs up to 1 week of owning their first ever heli... Its just a possibility.. it got me stumped for about 5 minitues the first time. the second day of owning my first ever heli (Blade CP) 8) just spreading the wealth...

My 4-in-1 is still in use and although I'm tempted to go seperates on this thing, I haven't had the urge to fly it in months so I'm not sure I want to drop any money into the thing...

I'd be more than happy to sell the OEM Tx tho.

I just sent my TX for warranty to manufacturer, so if that happens not to work out you'll be hearing from me Skiddz.
