Default SK 540 Governor question

Hi,
I have (will have tomorrow) the SK 540 and I would like to use the governor, so I will have to buy a phase sensor (http://helidirect.com/rpm-sensor-p-26366.hdx), now just to be on the safe side and not destroying anything I would like to verify.
I have Trex 450 sport V2 with stock motor (align 3400kv) and stock ESC (RCE-BL35P 35A) Can I connect those with no problem or you see something wrong in my setup?

I got few phase sensors comming my way too . Have been using the built-in gov from Kontronik and YGE ESC so curious to see if there is noticeable difference.

=] it's proactive, knows where the stick is going and applies more / less rpm's, manages the pitch also if you want, it's different!
