18MZ To BEC or not to BEC
I've just bought the 18MZ and have a few questions. My last radio was a 12FG so I'm halfway there.
I'm going to run my Logo 800 with an HV setup with a separate Rx pack. Now the manual says if I fly hard and want faster response times then I need to be in FASSTest 12CH with which I will sacrifice all telemetry with the exception of the RX battery. So if I want the voltage of the main pack then I need to be in FASSTest 18CH. With a normal Rx I would remove the red wire when running with a separate Rx pack. So I'm assuming to have the voltage from main pack, then the red wire has to be in place. My question is, because the sockets on the RX are all on a common bus, do I set the BEC lower than the Rx pack. Also is their a noticeable difference of response times between 12CH and 18CH. Thanks Helicentrik |

I'm pretty sure the R7008 transmits external voltage in 12ch mode also.
