That is not normal.

Are you setting up an flybarless heli?

If so, it didn't happen while the flybarless controller was initializing did it? or Maybe while it was saving settings?

As Macdad states, FBL gyros will make the servos jump upon initialization.

Is it FB or FBL?

You may want to check your connections.

It's not normal for a servo to stop and resume operation.

Like Felix said... I would check your connections. Make sure you have good connections on your ESC and Reciever. If all that is good, I would personally replace the servo. I have flown a lot of questionable parts this year, and almost all have ended badly. Just not worth the risk.
