Default Trex 600 L with stock ESC

I am thinking of buying the 600 L but am unsure if the stock ESC (Ice Castle 80A HV) is good enough for circuit flying/sport flying but no 3D. I happen to have a Hobbywing Plantinum Pro 120 A HV Opto lying around and can swap with the stock ESC if this should prove to be a better choice for my style of flying. Otherwise, I can sell the HBW ESC to fund the purchase of the 600L. Thank you for any comment.

Come to think of it, I think the stock ESC should be fine otherwise Align wouldn't have included it in the combo set. May be HBW Plantinum 120A HV would be an overkill for the 600 L especially for circuit/sport flying. Any additional would be welcome though.

The stock ESC is fine. As the 600L is uses 12S batteries the current is much less than (say) a 550 size heli that uses 6S

Thank you. Now I am convinced of selling my 120A HV Hobbywing ESC as I no longer need it in the near future anyway.
