For smooth sport flying at around 2100 rpm they should be fine.

Just for fun I flew an old set of Turnigy 4000mAh 40C packs through my Goblin 700 on Friday morning. I went easy on them, very smooth collective management, etc and put 2200 mAh back into them after 4:15 at 2100 rpm headspeed. They came down cool and I'm planning on extending my timer to 5 minutes next time I fly them.
