JC I think that was the same year you finished off that old Axe 400 I had. You melted the tail gear before Tony could play with it, everyone saying it would not fly with as much slop that was in the thing. You showed them that even a majorly worn out bird can still fly decent.

This weekend is coming up fast! New updates on pilot prizes:

SAB donated a Goblin 630 kit!
Dennis Automotive has donated a Spektrum DX18 kit!

Lots more prizes, on site food available, Extreme Hobbies will be on site with common parts and fuel. Another local shop is trying to make it.

Going to be a great time. Weather is looking wonderful. Not the largest event, but not a small event either. I was out at the field yesterday. The back field is mowed, all 3 flight stations are ready. We will have generators as well as the city does provide power, although it's in a strange place. I will be bringing a table to setup a charging station there.

Going to be a great time, hope to see you guys there!

OK Guys, I just picked up the DX18 that my employer, Dennis Automotive is donating and spoke with the guys from Cyclone.

They have committed to bringing their mobile Hobby Shop truck on Saturday! With that they will have their DJ gear ready. We will have cool toons to fly to, and should gravity win, common parts to crash to!

Keith said be ready for some killer deals on kits and combos!! He will have Nitro fuel as well.

You have a WARP prototype? I am really looking forward to seeing this!!

Dont let a little rain scare you off!!! It has been really dry up here so we should be OK.

I will be out at 9am. Cyclone and Dan's Deli as well...so Gyro can have his Gyro.

Come out everyone. I dont want to have to take this 630 Goblin and DX-18 home to my house. My wife wont believe that I "won" it

Congrats to Caleb White and his 7hv winning the speed competition today. 112 MPH! Jarod and his 700e v2 came very close at 111!

Don't forget Anthony and his Avant Nitro winning the ICE class at 93MPH.

And I proved that owning a TDR doesn't automatically mean you win lol. I clearly need to practice lining up for speed passes.

Was a great turn out. Don't forget we have another day tomorrow and the weather looks awesome! Sunny and 70s.

I took some pictures of the flight line from my e7. I will post those shortly.
