Spektrum RX

Hey everyone, I wanted to ask a question and hoping I could get some input on this. I have both a 500ESP FBL and a Outrage Velocity 50N2. I purchased a Spektrum 7100 with a rev limiter and was curious to know if I could use this on the 500 and use the rev limiter as a governor for the electric motor. Any thoughts or help would be appreciated.

no it wont work on electric
