Default New SAB Goblin "Comet"
New SAB Goblin "Comet" is on display here at IRCHA. Definitely in "prototype" finish, but it looks like an improvement over the last Goblin Speed Competition prototypes.

Strange setup with a squared of bottom with boundary layer re-energizing to lessen drag. Will have to see if this really works as the intake for the air to the bottom is not in line with extreme nose down flight for speed??

I wonder if an HW160 ESC and a standard 700 class motor would be enough for "moderate" 12S speed and sport big air in this platform.

I suspect it would be sufficient. At least to get started with.

Weird. The T is supposed to be Top Line. It seems to be missing the cool Formula 1 designed rotating landing gear. Guess we'll find out at Rotor Live.

"Thunder Comet" or "Comet Thunder"?

That landing strut is ugly. The retract is the hot ticket. I wish they would do a wire instead expecially it it's that far forward. Something like the Diabolo S. that strut just looks odd and fish fin like.

I just hope they don't ditch the retract option!
