Default Tail servo vs cyclic:Difference?

So I purchased a RotorStar Turnigy Servo "RS-715MG" the specs in the HobbyKing page say its a tail servo, but the stall torque is like 250 oz-in's.
So does anyone know why it is called a tail servo?
And by the way what makes a tail servo different from a cyclic servo other than torque?

Tail servos usually have less torque and higher speeds. They typically need a high speed to make the quick adjustments required by the Gyro. For the Gyro to control it, typically they have a pulse length centered around 760us (allows for higher update rates) compared to a regular servo of 1520us. The update frequency of tail servos is typically also higher, around 560Hz compared to cyclics around 200-333Hz.

A servo designed for gyro use will tolerate the constant "hunting" action. High speed and lower torque are fine, but if the servo can't change direction very quickly it won't work well. Coreless motors are popular in tail servos because they have very low inertia armatures and can buzz back and forth without burning up.
