leccy ftw!

i started the build tonight (couldnt wait!) and got a decent ways into it, but ran into a problem. maybe you guys could help me. I was going to install the tail case on the boom and the front bolt that bolts on the vertical fin to the tail case in the manual says 12mm long, and when i use a 12mm bolt, it hits the boom before it is all the way in. am i missing something? the hole in the boom looks too close to the edge to be for that bolt

There is a front end and a back end for the boom, the hole that is closer to the edge and on top of the logo "X-cell" is the front. For the back, one bolt is longer and it goes through the fin, tail case, then into the boom itself.

here is the video to build the rear case

Here is for the front

I'm not sure if this gentleman received a nitro or an electric, but the box is the same for all three versions, electric, nitro, and gas.

I have been flying the new 4926-510 SZ for a few weeks. I'd flown an HKIII 4035-560, then a 700MX-510, and now the Compass. It runs cool, very efficient, and lots of power. I've not personally flown the 4525LE, so I can't compare it, but the Compass motor is a very nice motor with lots of gusto and kind to the ESC.
