Thanks mr2, I concur, when it happens because you are trying something that is out of your comfort zone and you crash because of pilot error it is just part of the learning. It has made me spend a bit longer on the sim so it is all good.

When it comes to the wind I know what you mean man, I get the same taunting from the guv'ness gaia. If it's not wind it's rain....!

it's probably like compairing a trex 600 to a blade400.

it had and carbon chassis, blade400 motor and all but the heads are really loose on them

I wanted to say I was stunned with the lack of quality in the King 2 until I remembered how much I paid for mine.

Now that I'm a LITTLE more educated on helicopter setup I may take mine back out of the closet and repair it and see what it's like. Maybe I could try to roll it before I try my B400 :-p

I'll have to get some electronics for it, servo's at least. I pulled them off for a robotics project a while back :-p

it my buddy's. he got it and had all kkinds of issues then got a 400. in the mean time he upgraded the chassis, motor, servos and stuff and is gonna try rolls, loops, flips with it

I got very lucky and finished my Trex 500 and test flew it the last few days. The wind was horrible today but I braved it and put the 500 up in the air. The wind really doesn't bother that heli. It is so stable. I love the 500 but my B400 is still going to be my primary heli.

today i flew thw blade 400 wich is my first 6 chanel for the first time in about 5-10 mph winds. didnt creash love the heli
