Default Bad tail on the 700E? Got little shaky.

I finally got my T-rex 700E put together. I am experienced to set up the heli, and have done this now. But when I throttle up, I get a small shake. Exactly the same I got on my 600E. The tail grips have a very small slack on them, and isnt tight. There is no way I can tighten anything to get the tail grips rock solid and with no slack. Is a tail upgrade necessary? Any suggestions?

Is your "small shake" like a gyro wag before it leaves the ground?

Flybarless Unit?
Tail Servo?
Tail Blades?
Gain on Tail?

Is the tail pitch mechanism totally smooth, no binding?
