Default No logging with field terminal

Hmm, no instructions with this little thing.

I was doing the maiden hovering with the goblin 500 and sk720. The first 1/2 flight was with logging off, just to test things out.

I then connected the terminal and enabled logging, the unit reset and indicated that logging was turned on.

As per the course there were violent tail kicks with the logging enabled so I persisted as I knew there were some vibes showing up in erratic tail motion.

I the logged another pack and turned logging off 1/2 way through.

The field terminal indicated that vibes were at 4.5 and 5 after each pack.

When I connected the 720 to the computer there were no logs???

I went to the correct menu, selected the parameter by going up and down, used the right/left key to select the value I wanted (logging vibes), then hit the middle button when the unit reset itself.

Is there something else I need to do.

So you're saying there were no log files at all in the disk drive of the Skookum? Was there anything there at all?

I enabled logging in the skookum software and then did a test spool up.

After that the log file appeared.

Now I see really big vibes at 200 hz, magnitude 15 and lower vibes at the motor frequency.
