Default spektrum receiver and align 2 in 1 v reg

I have a new ar8000 receiver that roasted my cyclic futaba s9452 and my 3050 throttle servo. I want to replace them with all hv hs servos. is there a replacement 2 in 1 that will let the higher votages and light the glo plug. Why did it roast my servos?

Default cooked servos

Its not the receiver,,that cooked them,,its the 2 in 1,,,them servos cant take more than 5 volts.. you need a step down for them.. but I would get the align ds655 tail servos,,they work great,,,i have them on my raptor 50 tail..the 2 in 1,,puts out 6 volts.
I have it on my titan se.. but if you are going to use it ,wire in a redundant switch.

I figured as much. I bought 3 BK7001 servos for the cyclic to replace the futabas. I will put the new ones in a upgraded fbless heli in the near future. Roasted my ar7000 receiver to start with. Can the futabas be repaired from a roasting?

I guess anything can be repaired,,i don't know if I would trust it..But I did have my local h/store send in my 9254,,and they just sent a new one. Cost 5 bucks.
But usually your receiver should be able to take 6 volts. I may be wrong though.
