Yes and yes..the bad thing is that the usb connector is on the back of the unit, so installing it on the top gyro plate blows. I have decided to keep my mini v on there and test it on my 400 logo

Yeah, you see how far back the unit is? Its over the boom now. It looks like a custom mount..not for me. You can also see how the servo wires go around the outside of the anti-rotation guide, so that his usb is facing on the outside. Look at your plate...its too short to have the unit that far out..

Here is a picture for reference. Half of the unit is sticking off plate. Skookum says you can mount it sideways on there, but it looks like kaka..

You could mount it inside, but putting that usb cable might still be a bitch..let me know how it works out. I might try it inside too. What could be an option is to buy a small usb cable extension (Has male and female usb plugs) and leave it plugged in. I dont know where you could buy something like that. If you find a place, post up.

Do you think it can fit inside the frame on the base, if so can use a short usb extension. .http://www.angledcables.com/microb-extension.html
http://www.usbfirewire.com/uextendmicrob.html
Leave it connected to the unit for easy access, So you can put Spektrum DSMX Satellite Remote Receiver on top of the Anti rotation bracket.

I made a aluminum plate that i contact cemented to the original anti rotation plate . I also used two rivets towards the front that are under the wires . It worked great .

I know that really sucks, I will have to make an extension too, because that the only place you can fit it on a 450

Thanks 5488fletcher for posting your setup. I run SBUS as well and your photos help for me to complete my setup.

=] the SK locks in at a much lower value, 45% head 40% tail or less if using the SK gov, ballpark figures....

Mine are fitted between the skids, inverted on the baseplate.

Seems to work fine.

=] the SK will make a 450 6x more stable than FB variants, it will feel solid and precise, locked in and predictable, it's not necessary to crank the gains up to achieve this!
