Just to make sure it's more than a box full of nuts and bolts...been known to happen

Hey guys, sorry I was away from helifreak. I did talk to him and he and the purchaser have settled things. this is what he has told me. and yes PayPal was involved so everything should be taken care of I don't know why the original poster hasn't hopped on yet and gave the last review.

Yeah, update...
Seller asked me to wait till end of this wk, 7/10 through PP. I did.
No Heli. It is now a claim with PP. Well see what happens, all I want is my money back now, could care less about the heli. Ive been way more than patient and understanding on this and it is time to move on.

Why did he ask you to wait if he supposedly shipped already, and just forgot the tracking number at work?
Did he ever give you the tracking #?

No tracking number. He said an office assistant sent it for him and hes not been in office. Guess his assistant cant snap a photo of the tracking number and send it to him. I'd get a new assistant. Its all BS now, I paid him on 06/17. No Heli, no tracking number.

couple of red flags here.

Someone else shipped it for him. - not his fault excuse
Don't have the tracking number - left it at work/dog eat it response
wait til the package arrives. since 6/17 ... yeah right

Don't forget to leave feedback on here for the seller. At least it'll give a warning to the next guy he tries to scam.

Here's my take on this, Anthony. There are too many inconsistencies here. I'm thinking you're either colluding with the "seller" and being disingenuous with us, or he's playing you for a chump, or, maybe, both. You tell us which.

You forgot a few from post 14 where:

His phone was broken

Lost his email and HF password, although he was logged in the day before the OP started, this thread, so was certainly able to see emails and PMs that were being sent to him wondering where his stuff was (how do you "lose" an email account anyway?)

Truth is stranger than fiction many times, but this one has every single red flag excuse in the book listed at some point
