MA Whiplash and DS610 Cyclic
Since I can't sell the airframe I decided to continue with this project. I tried installing the Align 610's I have laying around but the servo rods are not lining up. And if I move the balls on the other side of the servo horn, the links will bind to the frame.
Can someone post a picture please on how you mounted them and which servo horns are you guys using?

I am very sorry I cannot post specific pictures. I am in the process of moving, and I have all my helicopters in storage.
I am using the MKS HBL950 cyclic servos. I used the MKS 4-arm servo arms (the Torque servos arms are the same). The outermost hole is 19.5mm. MA recommends using 19-20mm servo holes, so 19.5mm is smack in the middle of that range. For those servos, I had to use the kit supplied frame shims (part 131-47). Depending on your servos and servo arms, you may need need to either shim the frame with part 131-47 or shim the servos themselves with standard servo plates/shims. Hope this works for you.
