Default Motor vibe

On my warp 360 , no sign of bearing play, pushed the can down the shaft to reduce play there , but still vibes ( not real violent ). More of a Buzz ( feel not sound.

Crashed?

What motor specifically?

Can you do a video and spool up with out blades to hear it?

Have you dismantled the motor to check inside?

Maybe a loose magnet. Something in the motor.

So i got the shaft ( in can) running .002 , it's better but still has that buzz which gets worse when you mount in heli. I 'm getting like " luvmyhelis" chasing vibes.

So the shaft was bent or the can was a little bent?

If you can just replace the shaft I would do that. Those vibes may cause other problems. Maybe even loosen a magnet.

I wonder if the bearings were also damaged when the shaft was bent? I'd replace them.

FYI: Boca Bearing is having a 25% off 4th of July holiday sale right now.
