O-ring replacements

Does anyone know where I can get the O-ring for my hatori pipe for the OS 105-HZ-R? are there any third party replacement or I need to get it from Hatori?

I would get the Hatori O-ring domestically from a hobby vendor. It's not like you will save $20 to get the correct elastomer. If you don't get the right one, you'll regret it. It's a very high temp grade.

if you have a shop in y0our area that sells hydrolic lines , i.e( industry powered pressure washers, hoses ,lines,hydro lines ,, high pressure air lines ect ect ) than you can ask them to match your o-ring with a standard high temp one,,, theres no special high high temp o-ring you must by from the engine company , ( unless you belive in santa claws lol) ,, most O-rings have a pretty high melting temp as is ,, but im sure a high temp one would fit the bill and let you rest easy,, ,, maybe even lowes has them?

I believe the Hatori O-Rings are 3.5 x 21 mm. Finding one this size in Viton is abit challenging, it's probably easiest to simply buy the OEM ones unfortunately.

McMaster has Viton o'ring - Hatori USA indicates 20mm but if 21mm just chose 9263K697 instead

I got a bag of viton o rings from a supplier a few years ago...they are spot on and my O Rings are always in good shape....

u remember the supplier? because im sure Hatori does not make those O-ring but they bought it from another third-party.

I just done a google search and there are lots of suppliers...I was like yourself thought they were a bit special...but they are not just look for Viton O Rings and make sure they are black...having lots of them does mean I can change them regularly and I dont have use damaged ones....
