Default End Point Setting

Do you need to reset the end points when you update the firmware on your ESC? Just curious. I have some odd behavior and was wondering if that might cause it.

What ESC are you using? I too have had some issues after updating an 130 Opto a couple of days ago.

Commander 50V 90A (OPTO)

The reason I ask is that I was having an issue with startup. I set the end points as one of the first things that I did, but I got the USB cable and decided to flash the firmware. I didn't redo the end point setting and I could only get the heli to start up in IU 2. Once it was started, I could switch to IU 1 or Normal at lower gov speeds on my Ikon and it would work fine.

I redid the end point setting yesterday but have not flown it since and will not get a chance until at least Saturday to try it out.

I always reset the throttle limts when doing updates. I will also check and likely redo the settings that I programmed just to be sure everything is where I want it.
