Default PLEASE HELP

New Build ALL ELECTRONCS NEW, ELY Q Vision 50 Comp, Align Servos 620 cyclic, 650 tail, Spartan Quark, Perfect Reg Cyclics 6volts tail 4.8. os 55.
On spool up around half stick the tail stops responding. Slow down rpm and it starts to work again ! No Mixing Active. Fuel Tank Looks Like Foamy Waterfall (Vibration)
Rebalanced Blades, , Re measured flybar center and weighed paddles to 1/10 gram. Found one tail blade to be very heavy, so replaced with kdbb perfect weight match. Motor runs near perfect, almost 1 gallon of fuel thru it, and it has not left the deck yet. Tail Drops Out Around 1/2 Throttle.
I also Replaced The Gyro With Another Spartan New In Box SS as Old One.
Also Did The Engine Alignmet Procedure With Electric Starter I Read In One Of The ELYQ Forums. Have Built Over 20 Helis and cant figure this one out !!!

ANY HELP GRATLY APPRECIATED
John

I REMEMBER!!!!! It was the thrust bearings in the tail! What would happen was when spooled up and the thrust bearings got a certain amount of load on them they would lock up then when spooled down the load was less and they would work fine. My fix was to upgrade to angular bearings and metal grips with the new hub designed for angular bearings. Im 99.99999% sure this is what is going on! Took me a while cause everything worked fine on the bench but wouldnt when spooled up.

#1 You Guy's Are Great, Thanks For The Replies !!!
I Am Heading To The Garage Now And I Am Taking All The Above Apart.
I'm Also Gonna Check The Runout On The Clutch.
I will Go Thru Everything Mentioned And Replace Anything That Feels Lumpy Or Stiff.
Doing It One Thing At A time Will Let Me Know The Exact Problem When I Fix Or Replace The Item in Question, But I'm Past That Point, I want To Do It Once And Fly The Piss Out Of This Thing !!!!! The Engine Should Be Pretty Loose By Now, Got Almost A Gallon Thru It Spinnin Around On The Ground Tryin To Figure It Out. Whats A Few More Bucks And A Couple Of Hours In The Man Cave !
Thanks Again Guys, I'll Keep Ya Posted On What I Find...
