500 size Jayhawk questions
Howdy doody folks! So Ive had my Jayhawk fuse sitting on the shelf for several years and been tied up in learning 3d, I have recently taken interest in getting my scale rig up and flying. Pod and boom as successfully completed 10 flights and I feel it is ready to enter the fuse. however, I am wondering how others are mounting the frames to the fuse, along with would anyone know where i could find some scale details such as a cockpit, radar, winch... and so on. I know not many folks like the 500 size scale helis but it was a perfect buy for a first time scale builder. any help and recommendations are appreciated.

Doesn't the fuse have wood formers installed? You could get some metal brackets, screw one end under the frame where the landing gear go, and screw the other end into the wooden formers. I've got the 600 sized Jayhawk from RCA. I ended up making everything from scratch.

Burlington. sorry for the delay, I ended up making my own brackets which dropped the mechanics lower. Test flew it yesterday and works perfect. I will post pics soon. now on to the detailing. I cant find a cockpit for the 500 size or any other additional scale components for this fuse.
