Sup everybody? Does anyone know where I can buy a spare shaft and bearings and sizes for my hp06? Seems like the top bearing has some slop and making some noise. Could be from crashes, idk. Thx and happy flying

I just use Walkera bearings for the torque tube on the 4G6 and V120D02S series helis that are 1.5 x 4 x 2mm as they are usually left over from maintenance.
I get 1.5mm shaft material from: http://shop.osorail.com/category.sc?categoryId=30 You have to cut to length and clean the ends up but that is easy to do with a Mototool cutoff wheel. When replacing the shaft the bell always ends up out of true by a little bit. So I developed a fixture to hold the motor and I use a runout gauge and carefully tweek the bell struts to get as close as possible to zero runout. It isn't easy and you need the right equipment/knowledge to make it work unless you get lucky. Good Luck, Don |
