There must be something about canopy's. I've heard at least three or four stories (some offline) where canopy's are due somebody... sheesh, ship 'em!

Re: Shaving the banshee
So, someone should buy parts at a time and build a 51st banshee

Well thanks to John for the donation of his white banshee canopy, Oat will be making me a custom canopy too for the Banshee. Looking very forward to see what the end product will look like.
I'm going to stick to the original Banshee canopy colour scheme provided that Oat can do the exact copy of the banshee letters. There are some tweaks but not much. Thank you again John!!!

Shaving the banshee
I really like the mostro just flight times down a little as its the heaviest heli ive flown. By about 700grams
I did around 6 flights on banshee yesterday after not flying it for a while. Was really good, scared the panties off a few peeps. Im no 17 i think for tdr but it really doesn like that streamline to me. If it isnt considerably quicker i wont get one. Not sure on tdr - 2 Im only allowed 1 more high end heli (3 in total) so what ever tickles me the most is the one ill get. Or sell one and get another |

At some point they get a bit redundant. I'm not a collector and if I don't think I'm flying a heli, I don't see the point in keeping it.
I don't feel like I'm flying my Banshee enough, but I enjoy flying it when I do.

Mark, strange that you mention it, I find now that Dubai summer has kicked in I cant seem to enjoy the Banshee, I keep on getting temperature warnings which is causing me to fly more careful adding to my frustration. Especially now that I went to 14s, temps increased dramatically plus once you have tasted 2300 RPM anything less is just not good enough.
I also found after switching the TDR to BD3SX and the DS being on BD3X, the beastx is just not feeling good at all. I have placed an order for another BD3SX to add on the banshee however the shipment has not arrived. Unfortuatley I'm afraid the Banshee has retired for the summer until November...really crappy. Micheal, when is your canopy arriving...Oat still has not gotten back to me..its been over 6 weeks now. Not in a rush but excited to see it.
