Default RJX Xtreme 50 flybarred V1

Anybody out there still flying this bird?

I need some setup info caus i can't get it to fly
to my liking. Also has twitchy tail.

Setup;
OS 55HZ with Funtech B320
Align DS610 on cyclic
Align DS650 on tail with Spartan Quark
Align 600 stock tail rotor
RJX CF paddles
Curtis FBL blades (yes FBL, but they work..)

What is a good head setup that is a good balance between stabilaty and good fast cyclic..?

Maybe this is the cause of my erratic tail behavior;
clutch bell wobbles and the pinion moves excentric..!!
So a constant changing gear mesh

Don't know why it posts youtube video twice...

How far out have you got the ball on the tail servo? I have mine @14mm ( the Spartan instructions say 13.5 -16mm) Set the head to responsive Bh2, S2, Mh2,Mb1 and on the washout assembly very responsive ( guides on the instructions) I'm running the same setup but with an OS 50 Hyper and TT blades.

I'm on the third hole out on a futaba star-servo arm.
Don't know about exact numbers but i have the head on the most responsive setting. When i get i finished again i'm gonna do an extensive test with various setups.
I took out the slant pinion and gear and put back the straight one. Just have to find a straigth cut main gear.

The tail twitches like the gyro gets hit with a lot of vibration.
I run Align CF tailblades but i suspect the wobbling-clutchbell and badly fabricated
slant-geared pinion... have you seen the video?

I've got a 87T Vibe 50 main gear on the way and put back the straight-cut pinion in there...

Okay... and what kind of paddles do you suggest?
I've got the white RJX CF ones on there now

Hello,

the white paddles for 3mm Flybar.
The flybar weight is less than on a 4mm flybar.This will cause the heli flip faster.

Regards
Frank
