Merry Christmas to you, too, my brotha down unda.
And a merry Christmas to all the rest of you freaks. As weird as it is to have such nice weather on Christmas Eve, ccnada and I enjoyed the perfect weather and got in some good flights. My X5 was looking festive with the red and white FES canopy and green Fusuno side frames. I'll be posting some videos after I'm
done wrapping the last of the presents.

all new tail bearings and some tail parts for my 450, new gorilla gear skids ( mine are all bent out of shape) and a green assassin canopy, i keep beating it up on autos and my tail seems to have a slow mechanical wag going on, i can still fly it hard as i want but i want to get it fixed, the boom is slightly bent i think the tail rotor shaft is bent slightly and i am sure there are some bad bearings in there with all this abuse, i keep bashing the tail on the ground and giving those gorilla gear skids i have now a run for their money, auto's are not easy on a 450//

packs for my X5'

lipo for my dx8,

some mcpx parts

new set of digital calipers, dropped mine and bent up the points.

some tri flow

and probably a few other little things.

i just got my BEC, battery tray plate and frame stiffner kit, some EC5's and a AR7010 in a few days ago.

and i am still considering getting a CC ice 100

the good news is that i have auto's down where i can usually land it or sometimes lightly tip over and i am no longer beating it up hard, my autos on the bigger ones were kind of lousy but not terrible now i figure they should be really easy on a bigger helicopter. i think i am done beating up my 450 with auto's now so i should not halve to buy any thing else for the 450 for quite a while..

here is a bad auto at the end of this video 5:50 is around where i do it and hit hard.

[ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2KVyLBsHKTE[/ame]

and here is one that is descent around 5:00

[ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6lE0RPIwSgM[/ame]

here are the first ones i ever tried that i did willingly on my sport, i flip over on all 3 attempts

[ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u0KyvuIc7nI[/ame]

the thing that gets me is out of all of these and a bunch more that i have done and have went bad i have not broken any thing excpet for some bearings, and i just recently bent that tail rotor shaft on my pro V2 the tail boom has been slightly bent for a while. this pro V2 is tough, i have had several that look like the auto in the first video or actually worse, one bounced about 5 foot in the air when it landed and those gorilla gear skids act like springs, they have stress marks on them and they are bent out of shape, the helicopter leans sideways due to the beating i put on the skids. i dont know how many sets of align skids i would have broken by now..

i wish i knew exactly how to set the pots on the beast x and the heading hold and gyro gain.

my buddy has one pack, i could fly this tomorrow if i knew i had it all set up right, my packs should be here next week i hope
