Default Can anyone figure this one out?

I have taken apart and rebuilt my CX3 Seahawk more then a few times. I have a pretty good handle on how it works, but I am not sure about this one, only an idea. So I took a pretty good crash i it. the upper blade got caught in the leaves on a branch and It spun the leaves onto the shaft untl the leaves broke off and the heli dropped about 10 15 feet or so. Afte a few needed repairs I went for my test flight. The heli just spins in circles on the shaft. I made a couple adjstments and now it does the same thing, except if I push the left stick left, the heli spins and spins to the left. stick to the right, it spins and spins right. Any ideas?

Check to make sure all the locking collars are lined up and the screws are tight. Check the motor pinion and gear alignment. If you turn each rotor head by hand and it causes the motor and shaft to move also then you're good on your locking collars and gears.
Make sure your rotors are turning in opposite directions (don't ask how I know this)!

If everything checks out, adjust your proportional pot. If none of this makes a difference then you may have something messed up in your 3 in 1.

How tight are the blades supposed to be in the grips?
On my 120sr they are slightly loose, but certainly not tight. On the BCX3 I just got they are very tight. Should they be looser?
