Just finished building the head..... Just wondering if the links from the main grips to the FBL control lever is correct (not square)?

Looks like the "main rotor grip post" are too long......or I've done something wrong.

I am in the process of building one as well and mine looks the same....I ran across this in rcgroups and from what they have said in this forum it is how it is supposed to be.

Had a boo...boo yesterday...... Long story short I needed to remove the elevator ball off the swash. Well.....it sheared off. Ordered a new swash but because I can't wait to continue with the build. Drilled the broken stub off the swash.....tapped it for 2mm thread....drilled a 2mm hole through the ball....back in business!
Can't believe how soft that particular link ball was. I didn't think I'd be able to drill through it (I had milling equipment at my disposal).

It weighs in at 11.18 lbs (flying weight). Almost as heavy as my G4. Hmmm?

Aseejr,
How did you route and secure the elevator servo wire so that it doesn't interfere with the elevator control arm?
