Default CP 2 on a Raptor 30

I am putting this on my Raptor 30 and had a couple of questions, I'm hoping someone can help.

1: When installing on a Raptor 30 Do I need to only hook up to wires, the Elevator and The Aileron since this is non ccpm.

2:If I do not have a free channel and want to use the The ON/OFF lead do plug this into the rx where the gain wire from the gyro is and the gain wire into the #4 position of the cpu, or how would I go about this??

Thanks for any help

1: Hook up Cyclic roll (aileron) , Cyclic pitch (elevator)

2: This should not be a problem. If you need to free up a channel on the TX so you can have remote ON/OFF of the CPII, you can plug your gyro's gain control plug into SVO Channel 4 of the CPII computer. Leave the CH4 RX input on the CPII disconnected in this case. Then you can set the gyro gain using the included IRNet programmer via the Preferences menu. The channel that was controlling the gyro remotely can then be plugged into the CPII remote ON/OFF input. We provided this feature specifically to give you the best option for your scenario.
