Default Better tail pitch control

As my ALZRC 450PRO has a lot of slop in the tail unit I have decided that I will not even try it but will replace it before maiden. I know I could go for Align original, but also heard that this is not "the best" on the planet (in fact I have also Align T450 Sport and the tail slop is IMHO far from possible minimum).

Searched here and there and came out with 3 potential solutions that are substantially different than Align (or clones) original. These are:

1. No-name tail pitch assemble
2. KDS SV
3. KDS Q

To some extend all of them are different and I was wondering which one would you recommend and why? Your feedback will be more than appreciated

Some pic to give you better understanding of what I am talking about:

Ad1 I like the looks of that one, with the dual control arm.

Ad2 looks like you have more slop potential with the control arms wearing on those pins over time.

Ad3 looks interesting, but I wonder if it would even work on an Align tail unit instead of the CF one pictured. That also seems like there would be a wear issue with where the control arm meets up with the tail slider.

Just looking at those, reminds me of some of the older Trex designs. like from the X and XL days, If you don't want Align go for #1 it looks the most positive.

I use Tarot and works great. Upgrade to metal tail pitch slider.

If I put the heli on its side and bellcrank not connecting to the servo, the pitch slider will come down by itself. No friction, no binding and no slop.

I got the one from ad # 3 the other day in the mail. cannot figure out how to mount the part that hooks to the servo linkage. , looks like a waist of money.

That Ad#3 looks like a Microheli unit with a bracket that needs to be mounted to the side of the tail case. The 2nd photo shows a case that's for a belt-driven tail, not a 450 Pro. Don't know if the Pro tail case can be modded for the bracket.

My HDX450 had a double arm set-up... from 5 years ago. Seemed to be a clone of the MicroHeli version.

Just started a Poll on a KDE Performance Tail Control Upgrade, If enough people are for it I can submit it to their Idea Submission page and they will most likely produce it, some day that is. Go let your selves be heard: <https://www.helifreak.com/showthread.php?t=302591>

Question, has anyone but me started using extended shafts on these assemblies for more grip angle? I am also using a sonix tail with trex grips and 500 cf blades running behind an MKS Ds95i tail servo. I can actually bend my tail boom doing piro moves. I have to admit the KDS tail looks wise puts mine to shame. Nightflyr, I have absolutely no slop in my tail whatsoever. But I love your easy mod on your tail innovation!
