What's wrong with " tail + supports design"?

I personally love the look of it And it works perfectly
I never ran boom supports on my T-Rex 250, and haven't on my 450 either, don't see the need to. I fly 3D too.

P.S.
iPhones are better

still nowhere near Warp 360 - yeah I'm biased Some good innovations, but still the same head that likes to develop slop, TT tail (like vibrations aren't enough already in this class), flimsy narrow tail + supports design, and not really an exciting update overall. Probably a Samsung vs iPhone debate all over again, Align camp will shout "it's cheaper and does the same thing", I'll yell back "once you try Warp you'll never go back".
Do you mean still nowhere near the warp 360s price? Cause yeah that's true

No kidding

Certainly, there are better brands than Align, and I'm sure Compass is one of them. But that isn't to say the Warp 360 doesn't/didn't have problems. Align definitely stepped up their game on this one I got to see one in person Friday right next to a 450 Pro DFC... I could definitely see a difference.

Too bad the Warp looks like it crashed into the Ugly Tree and hit every branch on the way down.

Oh, so I'm not the only one that feels this way.

The Compass Might fly better (I dunno, never flown one), but the Align sure looks a heck of a lot better. Someone needs to fly BOTH before saying one or the other is better.
This is gonna start a huge Align vs. Compass argument

I wanna watch.

ROTFLMFAO!!!

Yeah that's some funny cheit right there, and true too!

I finally figured what it is that makes me think the WARP is an ugly beast... the landing skids, and the canopy either or the other might be "OK" on there own, but together not so much.

Haha, yep. It's right up there with the Goblin in the ugly stakes.

"ugly" is a matter of taste. Though I loved Warp's design just from photos, to me the true beauty of it lies in how silent it is, how precise mechanics are, and how beefy it feels in hands - it's now sitting next to my Align 450 Sport V2 and literally every part is double the size - tail pulleys, grips, bearings, etc. You've probably never seen one in real life if you're bashing it

I have flown both... and both have differnt personalities

Align if you want to punch great big holes in the sky and emulate a hot 90 heli in minature.. providing you have the eyesight and youthful reactions to keep up of course lol.

Compass is a very pleasing model to own and fly with a very balanced feel. Has a unique quiet turbine sound and tail authority down to very low head speeds. Will move fast when pushed, but does not feel at its best when trying to turn it into a hot 3-D beast.

TDR versus 700 DFC sort of comparsion really.... both can be made to emulate each other. but ............

Hope this helps someone

I have and have had many 450 Pros. It is a good heli, but...
The Warp is a lot stronger heli, takes crashes a lot better.
It also flies better and can be set up for very, very low and very high headspeeds.
Going to get a 450L myself, because I believe this is a step up from previous 450 Pro's and because I like helis in general and this new Pro really looks good.
And can share the batteries with the Warp.

Actually, unless you use the 6s packs that are shaped like 2200mAh 3s LiPo's, they won't fit the 450L. The thick 6s packs, AKA "brick packs", do not fit in the 450L as I have heard.

Depends on what packs you have for your warp, I was going to take two of my dads packs from his warp 1350mah 45c pulse but they dont fit.

So I ordered 2 gens ace 1200mah 40c and they are supposed to fit great

And his thor 1350 packs are the "brick" style like previously mentioned and they are a definite no go

Well I couldn't pass it up either. Even though I was leaning towards Gaui I wanted to try this bird and couldn't resist. I almost bought a second 450X but for a bit more I got a sweet 450L

Default X3 and dominator

I have both and finally just got the X3 dialed in today. The 450L has insane power and flies great, the X3 feels a little cleaner in the air all around. Im probably just going to keep both.
