Default 300 CFX - rusty shaft and lousy setup poll

I wanted to check, how many of you also had two of the issues ootb with the 300 CFX.
Please answer only if you do own a CFX.

the question is about wether you had a corroded shaft tip under the rotor head, and if you also had a bad setup ootb (e.g. dial 1 at minimum, or servo arms not horizontal)

Dial 1 @ minimum.
Unsure of the arms.

No rust on main.

I've never heard of a bird arriving with a rusty shaft, before. But I don't doubt if the birds spend a lot of time on humid cargo ships that rust or corrosion could eventually set in... But that would be a really good indication that they're going about it all wrong in their shipping, so I doubt that's the case. I just don't see how one could arrive with a rusty or corroded shaft. Would you mind sharing pics?

Nobody wants a rusty tip!

Seriously though, I know its an eyesore when the head is off, but is this really that big of a problem?

to me ? yes it is. I had to use brute force to take the head off. Had I not done that, it might have become impossible to get it off in a few months from now, which would have meant to buy a new one.

That's fair.

Do you think that now that you have it off, you can clean it up and oil it well enough for it to not be an issue any further?

Dial#1 was at minimum

battery plug are very close to the motor they often touch and resulting less power

3 flights and stock tail servo is not burning and annoying main shaft snap like first 300x

it doesnt feel as faster like the 300X and need more input to lift but with carbon and metal part you get rid of vibrating but I would say I love better my 300X original, my CFX is 1,5 time heavier and feel like big helicopter well but blue canopy and no white part that you cant see. Put some carbon brace on your 300X and its okay!
