Just a note to openly compliment Jack @ Duralite and a note of thanks to David H and Baja 170 from this forum.

In an earlier thread and in several PM's to these two on HF, I told them of my not so great experiences last year and a current problem with a Duralite battery that had never been used that did not come up to voltage after sitting for a lengthy period of time. I had decided to part ways with the Duralite system and go back standard batteries.

David H went out of his way to contact Jack with my problems and asked that I contact him. In talking with Jack this morning and outlining the problems I had been having, Jack, on his own accord, offered to make the system workable to my total satisfaction, making me an offer that I could not refuse. I did not request that he do this nor did I imply that this was the reason for my call. He made this offer with no request from me that he do so.

Thanks to Jack @ Duralite and to those others listed.

Excellent. Very glad to hear you talked to Jack about the problem and it was resolved to our 100% satisfaction. This is EXACTLY why I have been using Duralite Batteries for the last 2+ years.

No doubt, Duralite do take care of their customers. I got back a 4000mah pack that I had plug problems with back today, fresh as new. :cool: :glasses:
