Default Will Align DFC mechanics fit Align Blackshark fuselage?

I know the Blackshark was made for the FAI/F3C mechanics, which has a taller mast than the Align DFC mechanics. I have two questions...

1) I understand this combo would not be permitted for F3C, but can it be flown in lower classes?

2) Is anyone out there flying the BSIII fuse with DFC mechanics?

I'm guessing a 700E V-1 or V-2 would fit better because of the slightly taller mast and trailing link, not to mention the servo-forward configuration that may help offset the added weight of the tail with a full fuse.

Looking for wisdom. At my age, I should have earned it, but I misplaced it.
