Default Flybar Blades

Anyone using flybar blades with their Ikon? Any tuning issues? Currently using Edge 553 FB blades with the TotalG, no issues.

Fly 710mm Radix Flybar blades on my 700n. No issues. No tuning required... Flew out of the box...

Thanks, will give the FB blades a try and if they have issues will break out the last set of 553 FBLs.

Flybar blades in general roll and flip faster but don't track to well during high speed flight..
They tend to cause the heli to want to pitch up.
If your into smack or hard 3D you probably will prefer flybar blades over flybarless blades for the most part.
If you like big fast air you probably won't care to much for them.
Other than that they will work just fine

I have a set of wide-chord flybar blades that I use sometimes, fly great without any special tuning. They are nice for lazy big-sky flying and I get a little more time out of them too, probably another 40 seconds or so.

The Edge FB blades on the Agile 5.5 have been performing great.

I actually prefer them, but they don't really make them any more.

Me too, these are blades I purchased a while ago. Don't have but a couple of new pairs of Edge 553s left.
