Default How to setup bailout using only one P-mix

Hi guys,
I was trying to zero my cyclic on my Futaba 14sg when using bailout.
The problem was I needed 6 mixes:
2 p-mixes for self level (for 2 different gains)
2 p-mixes for bailout
2 p-mixes for zeroing the cyclic (1 for ail and 1 for ele)
but my radio only has 5 p-mixes.

I think I have found a way to setup bailout using only one pmix instead of two.
Here is the mix:

and here is an example of a p-mix to zero elevator (the same applies with aileron)

I have not flown the heli this way but so far everything looks as it should on the transmitter servo screen, the diagnose tab and on the bench.
Tell me what you think.

FWIW I tested these settings yesterday on my 7HV and they work perfectly.

Really appreciated!

Just double checking, for the mix #4 it is AIL->AIL? The reason I ask is that I'm confused as to why to use AIL as a source for the SL mixes.

Just a quick note: it took me a while to figure out how to get SH as mix source for mix #3. For anybody having trouble just choose h/w under source on second page then the switch list will pop up.

Cheers.

Yes, it is AIL ->AIL.
Mixes 1 & 2 are for the different gains for self level.
Mix 3 is the one that activates the bailout. I use the offset to overcome the fact that the 14sg is limited to 100% in the mixes.
Mixes 4 & 5 neutralize cyclic inputs during bailout.
As far as using AIL for SL, honestly I just used seasick78 videos without putting much thought into it. I don't use SL much (actually I only used it a couple of times to see how it works) so never really bothered with it.

Thanks. I don't intend to use self level either but setting it up just to try out since it is available. The curve on mix 3 looks funky but a cool solution

Cheers.

The Mix 3 is very similar to the DX8 Mix, just that the screen is a different format.

Thanks Taz, very much appreciated.

I don't see mix #4 and I don't see ail-ail,
I must be missing something...

Mix #4 is exactly the same as mix #5 except it is ail-ail instead of ele-ele.
I have also not shown mixes #1&2 which are for the self level since they have been covered in detail in other posts.
