Default Very gentle oscillations on purple

My TRex 600e shows gentle tail oscillations that I cannot seem to get rid of. They are really small, so perhaps I am nit-picking. I would like to reduce Parameter D further but I am already on purple. I dialed Pot 3 down by 8 mins because my stops were too aggressive and that has improved the situation some. I am not sure what else to look at. I even upgraded the tail rotor, but no joy. Any other ideas? My servo is a S9253 and the link is on the 2nd hole from the inside. Incidentally, the oscillations seem greatly amplified in inverted - anyone cane think of any good reason for this? Thanks.

Are you running your ESC in governor mode? Gentle oscillations like you describe are very often caused by governor gain / motor pulsing.
