Default not so hard of a crash.. but?

so i had a little crash the other day with the 250. got a little disoriented for a second and put her down. the crash was not that bad in my opinion, i hit t/h and saw it hit the ground on its skids. i broke the landing gear , feathering shaft and bent one blade grip. problem im having is for some reason after the crash the bird will not lift at all, i cant get it past maybe 2 degrees positive pitch? i cant seem to be able to figure it out. rebuilt head, new blade grips, feathering shaft, main gear, etc. do you thing it could be my washout arms or pitch control arms being slighty bent?? thats the only thing i havent replaced in the head? any advise would be greatly appreciated. Jeff

servos checked and good. before the crash i had 0 at center stick. now im like -5? i didnt change anything, i did notice that the mixing arms looked tweaked, so maybe thats it? i just ordered new ones so hopefully that will do it. im going to replace the washout arms also. so it will be a whole new head assembly. this sucks i love flying the little bugger

check the servo control links perhaps the ends moved. The other possibility is the pitch control/mixing arms as you mentioned. All of the other links are solid and not adjustable.
