Default Nine Eagles Solo Pro 100

In what seems to be a lapse of reason, one of these arrived on my porch from HK. I loaded a model profile for a Solo Pro 125 into my TX (Devo 10 with Deviation upgrade). While I am not a fantastic pilot, I can hover my 120 SR, and Nano Cpx for a full battery, with reasonable control.

In many fruitless attempts to hover this new Solo Pro 100, things went terribly wrong, As a guess, it is either the wrong setup in the TX for this bird, or there is something seriously jacked up mechanically.

So is the SP100 close enough to an SP125 to use the same model profile, or is there a fundamental difference in design? I've searched online but Nine Eagles seems to skip some of those details.

Thanks...
