Turttle: With my flying style my peaks are about 90 amps . just 10 amps more than 12s setup if you like a long flight time then a 10s setup would be best

How many cycles do you have on the lipos that you take down to 3.5-3.6v? I've always been under the impression that you should be at about 3.7 to 3.75v after landing. During flight under load that would mean about 3.5 to 3.6v. Have you looked at your loggs and seen what you voltages are dipping to under load toward the end of the flight?

Maybe I should get a litte more out of my packs during each flight...

About 30 or so.

IMHO Guess the first "break in" cycles (about 8 to 10 in my case), have relevance. As well as periodical use of contact cleaner with a Q-tip on all connectors.

Will take a look at the logs.

May I ask GRIMX can you share your flight log data.
Thank Tuttle..
Just so you know,I don't run my packs down to 80%,its closer to 70 %..After a good 5:00 to 5:30 min flight at 2300RPM,I put back around 4500mAh total in both packs which are 6S 3300mAh.Voltage is around 3.80V per cell..
5280mAh/3.76V per cell would be the 80% rule so I could go close to 6mins if I wanted but I play it safe so I get a few hundred cycles out of my packs..I have a funfly this weekend so after that,i'll do a 5:30 min video at 2300RPM..Then i'll take a pic of voltage per cell before charging then a pic of mAh put back in once charged and post everything it if you want?

Thanks for the info flying high.I have some 3300 mah 35c thors I use in my 500 but scared they might puff in the 600.They are pretty good packs I can get 9min sport fly with them in my 500 6 min if I fly pretty hard but I never drop them down to the danger zone.I pute a little less than 2 thirds back in and only charge them at 1c.I have multiple chargers so not a big deal 35 min charge time or so.I think I am going to give them a try pretty sure this is what kde was using in there vid but definately wanting to get some larger packs.

I use stock motor, 12S setup, TGY 120 HV regulator, 2 x 4Ah 20C Flightmax lipos. 6 minutes flight time. 3.8V per cell after fłight.

I use the same lipos for 600e CF stretched to 690mm. On 700 flight time 5 minutes and 3.75V per cell after flight.
