Default Third bearing block

Where do I get the third bearing block for the motor pulley?

I don't think it exists yet.

Just a shot in the dark but it sounds like you have the motor belt to tight.

+1 on the motor belt being too tight. My motor shaft and bearing needed replacement after about 150 flights. I had used a lever (screwdriver) to tighten the belt and I tightened to way too tight. I think either on the Avant or Carbon extreme web site there is mention of a shaft support bearing in the future.
