Default FBL on MECHANICAL MIXING

Has anybody done flybarless on a old school 90 with the stock mechanical mixing swash. I was thinking about using a Trex 700 FBL head and a 3GX . Anyone done this conversion.

Not on my Raptor 90 but on the Raptor 50.
Works like a charm and flies like a new heli so fast and stable.

I did use the RJX head and the Beastx and everything worked out perfect.

Not on a 90, but I just converted 2 of my Raptor 50's v2 to FBL using the TT FBL conversion kits. One has the GT-5 controller, the other a Skookum SK-720 (have a Spartan AP-2000i to try as well), both with OS max 50 SX-H hyper with Hatori SAB 50 Bobby Watts muffler and CY-600 Radix blades (i know they are not FBL blades, but did the hang method and they passed so are usable). Have only hovered the one with the Skookum so far and so far looks good. I did have to move the ball links on the servo horns in as I was getting lots of pitch and mechanically adjusted to get close to a max of 11 degrees max and used the skookum to fine tune to get the +-11 degrees.
